Cutting time to market: 1 month to 1 week.
The Velocity team helped Lynxeye launch its product landing page faster. Organization was a key to designing and developing the website from scratch.
Lynxeye.ai is designed to help energy services companies, building consultants, sustainability professionals, and energy managers predict energy consumption and simulate energy savings performance using real-time data and AI insights. Commercial real estate operators can use the platform to predict and control the energy management programs and go from a reactive to proactive and prescriptive method of energy monitoring and management.
Lynxeye is a startup that had the product ready, and Charles, the co-founder, wanted to market it and gather traffic, leads, and inquiries as soon as possible. The main request was to create a landing page that is simple and easy to navigate, looks futuristic, and follows brand identity. Charles wanted a dark website that is sure to make visitors know the page is about AI software from the first glance.
We, at the Velocity team, know that to drastically cut time to market, we need a good discovery and a great organization. Like on all the projects, we had an initial discovery session, but this time, there was room for just one meeting, so we decided to go with the lead designer. He cut to the case and asked really important questions about the brand and project goals. After that, the team sat down and decided to go for a one-week sprint.
In the discovery session, we got all the information we needed and set clear expectations and deadlines for each step of the process we executed. The result was:
- Designed and approved page in 5 days;
- Webflow development done in a single day;
-Live site that started getting inquiries in just 7 days;
-Very positive feedback from the client.
After a month, we did our regular catch-up with Charles to see if the conversion rates were better. The results were great; Charles’ investment paid off, and he was more than satisfied.
This time challenge reassured the whole Velocity team of what really is possible to do in a single week. Charles was very happy with the design, and we couldn’t wait to make it live. In the end, we have cut the time to market by 400%.
"The Velocity team demonstrated a good understanding of my requirements, produced an attractive design, and was very cooperative in working together to fix any issues."
Hana's website was a generic WordPress template buried on the 10th page of Google. In just two weeks, we launched a new site ready to boost Hana's conversions by as much as 56% after the first month.
